This role turns architectural designs into clean, high-performing system configurations and proactively improves performance over time. It’s ideal for someone who loves building, solving technical problems, and taking full ownership of execution quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Independently configure and maintain complex lifecycle automation, routing logic, scoring models, and system integrations across the marketing technology stack.
  • Own end-to-end technical execution of projects, from scoping and configuration through testing, deployment, and post-launch validation.
  • Translate architectural designs and business requirements into scalable system configurations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and integration risks.
  • Monitor and maintain system health, ensuring automation and integrations perform reliably at scale.
  • Lead rigorous testing and change management processes for all technical updates.
  • Implement and maintain data validation, hygiene, and operational guardrails in partnership with RevOps and Analytics.
  • Provide technical feasibility recommendations and scope estimates during cross-functional planning.
  • Maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration logic, dependencies, and change logs.
  • Continuously improve system performance by identifying automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and operational fragility.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology within a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience independently configuring and maintaining complex automation, lifecycle workflows, and system integrations.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one major Marketing Automation Platform and strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with integration logic (APIs, webhooks, iPaaS tools) and troubleshooting cross-system data flow issues.
  • Strong understanding of marketing data structures, lifecycle stages, and routing logic.
  • Demonstrated ability to scope, execute, test, and deploy technical solutions independently.
  • Clear documentation and change-management practices with attention to operational detail.
  • A systems-thinker who anticipates and quantifies downstream implications before implementing solutions
  • Structured problem-solving approach with comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical constraints and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively explores automation and AI capabilities and applies approved solutions to improve workflow efficiency and system performance for Marketing Operations and the broader Marketing team.

  • Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development.
  • Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend.
  • Paid parental leave to support you and your family.
  • Company-wide recharge days each quarter.
  • Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment.
