The Company

Bigeye is on a mission to help enterprises trust their data. When used effectively, data can create magical experiences in services and products we all use every day. But those experiences suffer whenever data is delayed, missing, or low quality. Nearly every major enterprise still struggles to keep their data pipelines reliable and to maintain data quality, and can no longer afford to sift through a mess of manually created data quality rules.

Some of the world’s largest enterprises—like Burberry, Hertz, Cisco and RNLI—have realised they need a more scalable approach, and now use Bigeye’s industry-leading data observability platform to keep their mission critical data applications running smoothly. Our unmatched support for enterprise-oriented data sources, and industry-leading data lineage capabilities, give us a unique foundation from which to serve enterprise data teams.

The scale of this challenge is incredibly exciting: we already check over 3 million data quality attributes and 3 Trillion lineage assets every day for our customers, but estimate that only 2% of the addressable market has made the switch to using data observability.

Come join us in the journey to serve the other 98%.

The Team

We are looking for a senior marketing leader to own Bigeye's pipeline-driven growth engine, focused on generating high-quality demand, improving conversion, and building scalable programs that support revenue growth.

Marketing at Bigeye is a lean, high-impact team where each function has clear ownership:

• Product Marketing owns product positioning, pricing, packaging, and market-driven product direction
• Pipeline/Growth owns pipeline strategy, channel performance, and account-based orchestration
• Sales improves funnel quality, qualification, and buyer intelligence
• Content and Communications build category narrative, market awareness, and executive visibility

This role sits at the center of the marketing engine, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to drive measurable pipeline performance.

The Work

As Marketing Pipeline Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Bigeye's demand generation programs. You will design and operate a repeatable pipeline engine across channels, make data-driven investment decisions, and ensure that marketing programs translate into high-quality opportunities for Sales.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who can think strategically, operate hands-on, and use data to make clear decisions about where to invest, what to scale, and what to stop doing.

What you’ll be doing

Own pipeline strategy, performance, and outcomes
• Define the overall pipeline generation strategy across marketing channels
• Be accountable for pipeline volume, quality, efficiency, and conversion
• Continuously optimize programs for ROI, conversion, and scale
• Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to ensure marketing-generated demand converts into qualified opportunities

Own channel strategy and investment decisions
• Own channel mix and investment decisions across events, paid media, campaigns, and account-based programs
• Evaluate channel performance and reallocate investment based on data
• Scale what works and cut what does not
• Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure every channel is accountable to business outcomes

Lead account-based strategy and orchestration
• Define and drive account-based strategy across target segments
• Align Marketing, Sales, and SDR efforts around priority accounts
• Orchestrate coordinated plays across events, paid campaigns, SDR outreach, and content
• Ensure account-based programs are measurable, repeatable, and tied to pipeline outcomes

Build and operate the pipeline generation system
• Design integrated programs that connect campaigns, events, content, and SDR follow-up
• Ensure tight coordination between campaign execution and sales development motions
• Move beyond isolated campaigns to a cohesive, repeatable pipeline engine
• Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure systems, workflows, and reporting support the funnel

Drive funnel performance and conversion optimization
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the marketing funnel
• Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline quality, and pipeline velocity
• Use performance data to identify where funnel quality or follow-up needs to improve
• Partner closely with the SDR function to improve front-end conversion and insight capture

Own external partner performance
• Manage key agency partners, including paid media, SEO/AEO, and event logistics
• Hold partners accountable to performance, quality, and ROI outcomes
• Ensure external partners operate as an extension of the marketing team

Drive performance insight and decision-making
• Analyze pipeline and channel performance to identify what is working, what is not, and where to invest next
• Use data to drive clear, decisive actions and communicate recommendations to leadership
• Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and reliable funnel visibility

What You Bring

• 8-10 years in demand generation, growth, pipeline marketing, or related B2B marketing roles with 4-5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record owning and delivering pipeline or revenue-oriented marketing goals
• Experience making channel, budget, and investment decisions based on performance data
• Deep experience with HubSpot, including campaign setup, lifecycle stage management, reporting, and funnel analysis
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience with account-based marketing in enterprise sales environments
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a lean, high-accountability environment
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Operations teams
