Lead end-to-end production of multi-channel engagement campaigns (email, in-product banners, push, SMS, landing pages, forms). Define target audiences, write and validate SQL, build event-triggered journeys, maintain integrations, QA HTML/CSS, troubleshoot forms, and support stakeholders with documentation and training under tight timelines.
About the RoleOur client, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Marketing Production Developer to join its engagement and infrastructure team. This team owns the tooling, outbound communications production, CRM, and analytics infrastructure behind high-volume, multi-channel engagement campaigns. You will be a hands-on technical marketer who owns campaign execution end to end, operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment where requests are frequent, timelines are tight, and ambiguity is part of the job. If you enjoy translating business requirements into executable campaign logic and take pride in flawless production quality, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Build and deploy engagement marketing campaigns end to end across email, in-product banners, push notifications, SMS, landing pages, and forms/surveys

- Develop logic-based, event-triggered customer journeys and multi-step automations in enterprise marketing automation tools
- Manage and maintain campaign-related data sources and integrations so campaigns pull and push the right data
- Develop and troubleshoot forms used for lead capture, sign-ups, and survey routing
- Execute against tight deployment timelines while upholding a rigorous quality assurance process, including self-review and peer review
- Self-manage a diverse production queue, prioritizing across stakeholders, flagging conflicts early, and escalating only when neededSupport stakeholders with training, documentation, and tool access
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing production or digital communications development
- Advanced expertise building campaigns in enterprise marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Eloqua
- Working SQL proficiency: able to read, edit, and validate queries, understand joins and query logic, and catch errors in generated queries
- Advanced audience segmentation skills, translating stakeholder intent into precise targeting logic
- Experience building multi-channel campaigns and multi-step, event-triggered journeys, not just single sends
- HTML and CSS proficiency for email and landing page troubleshooting
- Track record of high-attention-to-detail work in a collaborative production process
- Comfort with urgency and ambiguity: able to interpret loosely defined requests, weigh trade-offs, and choose a path forward without a prescribed process
- Working knowledge of email compliance and privacy fundamentals such as opt-in/opt-out preferences, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM

- Background in a regulated industry (financial services, pharma, gaming) or a high-growth tech/SaaS company
- Experience working in high-volume production environments with daily ticket-based workflows
- Experience supporting global campaigns across time zones
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort answering business questions with data
- Location: Remote, US based
- Start Date: July 2026
- Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension based on performance and business need
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. PST work hours required
- Pay Rate Range: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour (W2)
