We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Program Manager to drive pipeline growth for two of our key product line: Video. This role bridges product marketing strategy and campaign execution, working closely with our shared-services marketing organization (demand generation, growth marketing, content, design, web, SDRs and field marketing) to design, launch, and optimize programs that convert awareness into measurable pipeline.
You’ll own the end-to-end process for generating, influencing, and accelerating opportunities, translating product priorities into actionable marketing plans that deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Pipeline & Program Ownership
- Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline for Video.
- Establish quarterly pipeline goals and track performance against targets in partnership with marketing operations and sales.
- Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product marketing to define audience segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the shared-services marketing team (paid, content, field, and digital) to bring product-specific campaigns to market efficiently.
- Align closely with SDRs and sales to ensure strong follow-up, feedback loops, and conversion optimization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor funnel metrics to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down.
- Partner with marketing operations to ensure accurate attribution and reporting on campaign performance.
- Leverage insights to refine channel mix, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI.
- Program Management
- Maintain a clear campaign calendar, ensuring coordination across internal stakeholders and alignment with product launch cycles.
- Manage budgets for Video product, ensuring investments drive measurable business impact.
- Create regular performance summaries to share learnings and next-step recommendations with leadership.
About you:
- East Coast Only
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through integrated marketing programs.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, or similar marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Comfortable moving from strategy to hands-on execution.
