How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of bids, quotations, and proposals based on customer requirements.

  • Partner with sales, engineering, legal, and finance teams to develop competitive solutions.

  • Coordinate bid and risk review processes to ensure proposal quality and compliance.

  • Prepare accurate commercial and technical documentation within required timelines.

  • Maintain proposal records and track opportunities through Salesforce.

  • Support customer discussions, negotiations, and ongoing communications.

  • Review purchase orders and contracts for alignment with submitted proposals.

  • Facilitate internal and customer meetings to ensure successful opportunity management.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Engineering preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or a related commercial role.

  • Experience in transformers, power delivery equipment, utilities, renewable energy, data centers, or similar industries preferred.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
