The Marketing Specialist will manage CRM campaigns for BOSS Money Transfer, focusing on customer lifecycle initiatives, community events, and performance analysis to enhance engagement and acquisition.

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Marketing Specialist to manage and execute CRM campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth for the BOSS Money Transfer business in the USA market. This role will be responsible for managing lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, ensuring personalized and high-performing customer experiences. In addition, the marketing specialist will also be responsible for the participation of the brand in community events throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back).
- Manage CRM campaigns and calendar for the money transfer business. This requires JIRA creations for campaigns and promo codes, creation of marketing messages in multiple languages, testing of messages, creation of emails and proper follow through to ensure campaigns are launched on time.
- Segment audiences based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to drive personalization and relevance.
- Work closely with the CRM team to plan and launch A/B testing campaigns to improve overall conversions and generate acquisitions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the design team to create all visual assets for emails, in apps and other CRM activities.
- Work closely with the CRM team to analyze campaign performance to improve messaging, types of campaigns, promotions, etc.
- Work closely with product teams and align CRM campaigns with business goals/priorities.
- Manage the community event calendar for BOSS Money and prepare all the materials, communications and offers needed for the events.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably marketing communications or CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must have B2C experience.
- Knowledge of Braze and experience with apps.
- Fully bilingual in English / Spanish both written and oral.
