Job Summary


Create Music Group is currently looking for a passionate digital marketing specialist to join our team! The Marketing Specialist will provide daily support and work with our Marketing team on various aspects of our artist's marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities

Collaborate on the execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to:

  • Contributing to the overall plan and strategy
  • Assisting with post seeding and implementation
  • Tracking post metrics and analyzing results across all applicable social media platforms
  • Client facing tracking such as Creator core
  • Internal tracking on Google sheets and docs for tracking and accounting purposes
  • Tracking campaign performance to better optimize artist success and budget monitoring
  •  Understand different fandoms and find unique ways to engage with the fans/audiences
  • Finding and understanding fan pages
  • Understanding “clipping” and various ways to source content
  • Have your ear to the ground for best practices and what’s trending 
  • Research different key influencers and media outlets to partner with for specific songs/campaigns
  • Update spreadsheets and help with administrative work in the team
  • Familiarity with YouTube shorts and how to post short form content 
  • Understand Instagram seeding (blogs) and how to come up with headlines and captions that grab audience’s attention


Qualifications 

  • Eager to learn music marketing tactics and strategy
  • Extremely knowledgeable in social media platforms, including Youtube, Instagram and TikTok, and X (Previously Twitter)
  • Strong interest in Pop Culture and following social media trends
  • Extremely knowledgeable in Music and Music Marketing
  • Excellent organization skills & extremely detail-oriented
  • Knowledgeable of Google Suite
  • Bonus: Knowledgeable in Adobe Suite, Canva, or other similar content editing tools/software


Pay Scale

  • $23-28.00 hourly
  • The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
