About the job

Goods & Services is looking for a Marketing Specialist to spearhead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our content development, campaign execution, and brand growth. You will act as the primary liaison with our partners and agencies—specifically Applebox—to ensure cohesive brand messaging and high-impact delivery across all digital and traditional platforms.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and drive end-to-end marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Lead the creation, management, and evolution of compelling content tailored for various audiences and platforms.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Applebox and other external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Analyze consumer data and market trends to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing spend, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain all marketing collateral across both digital (social media, email, web) and traditional (print, events, OOH) channels.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across every touchpoint of the customer journey.

What you’ll need:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Solid copywriting and content production skills, with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data, or social insights) to inform strategy.
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience working closely with creative agencies or production partners.
  • Ability to manage both "big picture" strategy and the tactical execution of marketing materials.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing external creative production or media buying agencies.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing automation and CMS platforms.
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
