About the Role
As a Paid Search Specialist focused on growth and results, you will report to the Growth Manager that manages the Google partnership. You will help scale search campaigns, identify new opportunities, manage the relationship and analyze them to further optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive new user enrollment while optimizing for LTV through Paid Search
- Identify new keyword expansion opportunities in new and existing campaigns
- Build out and launch campaigns
- Work with partners to get into and prove out new BETAs
- Own all testing methodologies with search, including and not limited to bidding, audiences, ad copy and landing pages.
- Build out reporting to highlight performance and identify key trends
- Drive short-term and long-term search strategy and share findings with stakeholders
- Tackle monthly and quarterly performance goals
- Work with SEO on keyword & content expansion strategies
- Work with compliance, and the broader marketing team to ensure all messaging is up to date
- Develop a strong, working relationship with our Search Partners (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
Requirements
- You’re analytical and results oriented and understand the importance of striking the balance between efficiency and scale
- You have a proven track record of managing and successfully scaling B2C search campaigns
- You have a strong understanding of marketing channels along with their relevant KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC and LTV.
- You’re good with Excel (i.e. run pivot tables, vlookups and more)
- You’ve worked directly in publisher platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yahoo Gemini) as well as experience in bid/campaign management platforms (Kenshoo, DoubleClick, Marin, etc.)
- You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
- You’re an excellent written/spoken communicator
- You’re very organized and have high attention-to-detail
- You have a growth mind-set
- You have 3+ years of relevant experience.
- BA/BS required or equivalent work experience.
- Plus: Experience working in a fast-paced start-up, e-commerce or agency
- Plus: Experience with Mobile Apps
- Plus: Experience with other digital channels (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Email, etc.)
