Paid Social Associate
About the role
As a Paid Social Associate focused on growth and results, you will report to the Growth Manager that manages the Facebook partnership. You will help scale paid social campaigns, identify new opportunities, manage the relationship and analyze them to further optimize performance.
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Drive new user enrollment while optimizing for LTV through Paid Social
- Own testing methodologies including and not limited to creative, bidding, audiences, ad copy and landing pages.
- Work with partners to get into and prove out new BETAs
- Develop a strong, working relationship with our partners at Facebook
- Tackle monthly and quarterly performance goals
- Build out reporting to highlight performance and identify key trends
- Campaign strategy, maintenance and execution
To thrive in this role, you have
- An analytical and results oriented mindset and understand the importance of striking the balance between efficiency and scale
- A proven track record of managing and successfully scaling high budget B2C paid social campaigns
- A strong understanding of marketing channels along with their relevant KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC and LTV.
- Strong expertise in Excel (i.e. run pivot tables, vlookups and more)
- Worked directly in publisher platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitter)
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong organization skills and have high attention to detail
