About the role
As the Technical Marketing Manager in GTM Programs Team focused on migration programs, you will be part of a a dynamic and fast-paced global team responsible to create messaging, direction, and guidance in an effort to help customers at key moments in the customer’s migration journey. You love it when your content and guidance makes things look easy-- but also love finding solutions to challenging problems. Your clear, succinct and actionable communications, technical how-to’s, notes, whitepapers, videos and other supporting content will help ensure ongoing customer success and the highest levels of satisfaction. You will create external presentations, train internally to a variety of execution teams, provide clear, detailed guidance and facilitate feedback streams to product/support teams. You will address both existing and anticipated challenges based upon the agreed migration approaches-- and use appropriate tools and approaches to scale accordingly. Your goal will be to increase migration activation, drive higher value for RingCentral solutions, and continuously adapt and refine..
What you’ll do:
- Deliver migration technical marketing materials such as whitepapers, how-to’s, videos, images, blog articles, presentations, and more
- Develop, test and refine migration steps/approaches through each phase of migration journey towards the goal of successful adoption & usage
- Lead testing behind identifying the best approaches, tools, techniques, messagings and offerings on how to motivate and migrate our customers through their migration journey
- Lead the action to adapt tools, resources & guidance based upon the feedback collection process from customer’s and the scope of the project
- Identify key opportunities for improvement and execute changes when necessary
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success organization, GTM Business Transformation team, Product and PMM
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Technical Marketing experience
- SE or enablement experience is a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in a related discipline
- Passionate, self-starter with can-do attitude to get things done. Up for the challenge at all times
- Experience in technical content marketing and demonstrated ability to author a variety of content distributing using a variety of tools
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high energy environment
- Self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and a team player
- Proven ability to work in a demanding fast paced environment
