About the OpportunityWe're always looking to connect with strong mechanical engineering talent — whether you're early in your career or a seasoned engineer looking for your next challenge. This posting lets us get to know you now, so when the right opportunity opens, you're already on our radar.
We support mechanical engineering work across a range of industries and project types, and we hire at every level:
- Junior Mechanical Engineer (0–3 years)
- Mechanical Engineer (3–6 years)
- Senior Mechanical Engineer (6–10 years)
- Staff/Principal Mechanical Engineer (10+ years)
- Design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems and components
- CAD modeling and design validation (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar)
- Structural, thermal, or fluid analysis (FEA/CFD)
- Prototyping, testing, and design verification
- Cross-functional collaboration with electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineering teams
- Design for manufacturability (DFM) and production support
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's a plus for senior-level roles)
- Hands-on experience with CAD/PLM tools
- Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and design documentation standards
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Experience level ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading design programs

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000
