Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Phd degree; Master's degree with at least three years' experience; Bachelor's degree with at least five years' experience

Base Pay Range: $114,100.00 - $194,000.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
