As a Medical Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the care team, supporting providers in delivering high-quality, efficient clinics while ensuring exceptional patient experience. In this role, you'll perform a variety of back-office responsibilities including administering injections, conducting diagnostic testing, performing phlebotomy, and supporting quality initiatives. You'll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, upholding quality standards, and helping create a welcoming, patient-centered environment every day.
Locations of Possible Opportunities: Las Vegas (North & South), Henderson, Reno.
Clinic Settings: Primary Care/Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Telephonic, Urgent Care, Oncology and Specialties.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent patient service
  • Administer injections and medications
  • Perform phlebotomy and diagnostic testing
  • Support clinical procedures and patient care
  • Conducting quality screenings and surveys

Required Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience
  • Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
  • Access to reliable transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
