This role supports memory strategy execution by tracking qualifications, coordinating supplier deliverables, and enabling cross-functional alignment across programs! Qualified candidates will support the organization and maintenance of memory supplier agreements and related documentation, and manage supplier agreement tracking and support.
Responsibilities:
  • Track key commercial and operational terms and summarize relevant changes
  • Prepare reference materials to support contract reviews and internal discussions
  • Escalate identified risks, gaps, or inconsistencies for review
  • Support preparation for memory-related discussions with suppliers and partners
  • Participate in working-level discussions aligned to established strategy and objectives
  • Capture discussion outcomes, risks, and action items and track follow-up activities
  • Communicate status, issues, and next steps to appropriate stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate memory sampling activities with suppliers to support engineering and program timelines
  • Track memory validation status across programs, including ordering, delivery, and qualification milestones
  • Align memory ordering and validation activities with supplier delivery schedules
  • Track sample requests, delivery dates, and validation progress
  • Communicate schedule status, dependencies, and potential risks to cross-functional teams
  • Support issue resolution by coordinating inputs across engineering, supply chain, and supplier teams

Memory Hub Setup & Coordination Tasks:
  • Support the setting up of a physical memory hub to receive memory shipments from suppliers
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers on hub setup activities, including intake processes, storage requirements, and shipment flows
  • Assist in defining and documenting standard operating procedures for inbound, outbound, and transition of memory components
  • Coordinate movement of memory from the hub to downstream manufacturing partners to support build schedules
  • Track inventory status, shipment timing, and handoffs across suppliers, 3PL, and manufacturing partners
  • Communicate schedule status, risks, and exceptions to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support issue resolution by coordinating inputs across suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Prepare meeting materials and clearly defined objectives in advance of discussions
  • Document meeting outcomes, action items, owners, and timelines
  • Track action items to closure and provide status updates as needed
  • Support consistent communication of memory-related updates across business units
  • Assist in aligning stakeholders by sharing information and highlighting dependencies
  • Help bring together appropriate teams when coordination or alignment is required

Salary Range:
$146,600-$198,400 per year
