Job Description:

Crowe is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Manager to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned D365 Supply Chain Management professional who thrives in a client-facing leadership role and is passionate about delivering high-quality ERP solutions.

As part of Crowe’s growing ERP implementation practice, you will lead engagements with manufacturing clients to modernize supply chain operations and enhance inventory, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution capabilities through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Your Role

As a Manager, you will leverage your expertise in D365 Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end implementations and oversee delivery of complex ERP engagements. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients while also leading project teams, mentoring consultants, and ensuring successful execution across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.

Essential Job Functions
  • Led the design and implementation of D365 ERP Operations solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.

  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures for D365 ERP Operations implementations, including integrations with other systems and platforms.

  • Develop comprehensive data management architecture for D365 ERP.

  • Develop comprehensive user application security architectures for D365 ERP.

  • Demonstrate deep technical expertise in the D365 ERP platform and its operations capabilities.

  • Configure D365 ERP core operations modules to meet specific business requirements (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, Production).

  • Configure D365 ERP advanced operations modules to meet specific business requirements (Planning, Products, Asset Management).

  • Configure D365 ERP additional modules ancillary to supply chain to meet specific business requirements.

  • Develop functional designs for customization of D365 ERP operations modules to meet specific business requirements.

  • Develop functional designs for customization of D365 ERP logistical modules (Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing) to meet specific business requirements.

  • Engage with clients to understand their operations business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

  • Strong expertise in D365 Supply Chain Management core modules (Inventory management, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and marketing, Warehouse management).

  • Experience with advanced Supply Chain Management modules such as Master planning, Production control, Asset management, Transportation management, or Quality management.

  • Proven experience gathering requirements and developing functional design documentation.

  • Experience supporting data conversions, integrations, and system customizations.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory control, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.

  • Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a consulting environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or other asset-driven industries.

  • Microsoft Certification:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

  • Experience with system integrations, EDI, or advanced warehouse automation solutions.

Travel

  • Travel varies by project phase and can be up to 80%, depending on client needs.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,200.00 - $210,900.00 per year.
