The Opportunity - Mid-Market Account Executive, Film & Television (Remote - USA)

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Wrapbook’s footprint across mid-market film and TV production companies, selling into accounts typically ranging from $70K–$200K ARR, with 3–12 month sales cycles.

You’ll own a focused set of high-potential accounts, working closely cross functionally with Demand Gen to execute highly personalized, creative outbound strategies and close new business. We operate fast, think differently, and expect every team member to contribute ideas and drive results. If you’re organized, collaborative, energized by film and TV production, and want to be part of a tight team doing some of the most thoughtful sales work in the industry, this is your role.

What You'll Do:

  • Own a small book of targeted Mid-Market accounts and drive full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting through close.

  • Execute highly customized outreach strategies using creative tactics — not templated sequences. Every prospect should feel like they’re your only prospect.

  • Partner closely with the Demand Generation Manager to align on messaging, campaigns, events, and programs that will drive pipeline and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Engage prospects through multichannel outreach, onsite meetings, demos, and attendance at key industry events in Los Angeles and New York.

  • Build strong relationships with production company decision makers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their workflows, challenges, and business goals.

  • Manage complex deal cycles efficiently, with clear documentation of next steps, risks, and paths to close.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets consistently, with strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a seamless customer experience and surface field insights.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging needs within the entertainment production space.

  • Use AI tools to speed up account research, personalize outreach at scale, and keep pipeline and CRM hygiene sharp.

What You'll Have:

  • Entertainment industry expertise — you've sold for another entertainment payroll or production finance provider, or you've worked in production/production finance and know these workflows firsthand.

  • Ability to navigate 3–12 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders while maintaining momentum and creativity throughout.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize outreach at scale without sacrificing quality.

  • A self-starter mindset — you operate with ownership, urgency, and a sense of pride in your work.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to test new tactics, take calculated risks, and learn from what works.

  • Fluent with AI tools in your day-to-day sales workflow — from account research and outreach personalization to call prep and pipeline management.

  • High organizational rigor; you stay on top of your pipeline, your tasks, and your customer communications without needing hand-holding.

  • Strong team player mentality — you value transparency, collaboration, and lifting others up as much as winning deals.

  • Enthusiasm for the entertainment industry and a genuine interest in helping productions operate better and smarter.
