Mid-Market Account Executive

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid, in office 3 x week)

The Role:

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll grow Vizcom’s enterprise business in key geographic locations.

Location: Remote work

How You’ll Do It:

  • Identify and target potential clients within assigned territories

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends

  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base

  • Traveling to customer onsite meetings, monthly/quarterly

  • Handling new logo, expansion, and renewal opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mid-market sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Willingness to travel

  • As a colleague, you enjoy planning, executing, winning and celebrating as a team

  • Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment

Compensation:

The target OTE for this position is: $250,000 OTE (inclusive of base + commissions). This role is eligible for equity. The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations.
