About Nuvo

We’re Redefining the $11T B2B Commerce and Payments Market

Nuvo is bringing B2B commerce online.

While technology has reshaped consumer commerce, the business-to-business (B2B) economy - three times larger - has lagged behind.

From coffee to lumber, every product we use has been traded through a complex supply chain of suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. Despite the massive scale of this market, most businesses manage their trading relationships and commerce activities using outdated methods like paper forms, PDFs, emails, faxes, phone calls, and spreadsheets, making processes slow and inefficient.

Much like how Shopify, Stripe and Square have transformed how consumer companies transact, we aim to do the same for B2B companies.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Mid-Market Software Sales Executive to join either our Denver team on-site. In this position, you will work end-to-end opportunities within mid-market segments, targeting organizations with between $10M and $1.8B in annual revenue. You will engage with a wide array of stakeholders, from daily operators to C-Suite decision-makers, to demonstrate how Nuvo’s Trade Credit Automation platform delivers measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development: Source, identify, qualify, and convert mid-market opportunities across North America.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.
  • Relationship Building: Build rapport with decision-makers and influencers at all levels, including finance managers, credit managers, and operational stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Understand and address the unique pain points of various roles in finance and accounting teams, positioning Nuvo’s platform as the key solution.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with internal teams - Marketing, Product, and Customer Success - to deliver a seamless customer experience and gather valuable feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through CRM tools and proactive status updates.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
    • 5+ years of successful sales experience in B2B software or SaaS, preferably targeting finance or accounting departments within mid-sized organizations.
  • Mid-Market Sales Expertise:
    • Familiarity running a blended book spanning fast, transactional mid-market deals and larger, more complex low-enterprise deals, so you're comfortable shifting between high-velocity selling and longer, multi-stakeholder cycles.
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence decision-making processes involving managers, directors, and operational staff.
  • Consultative Selling Approach:
    • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex solutions in a concise, audience-tailored manner.
    • Experience in uncovering pain points and aligning solutions to client needs, driving urgency and establishing ROI.
  • Negotiation & Contracting:
    • Comfortable leading contract discussions with procurement teams and finance managers, balancing customer satisfaction with company objectives.
  • Technical & Industry Knowledge:
    • General understanding of B2B credit, financial automation, accounts receivable, or risk mitigation solutions is a plus.
    • Ability to speak confidently on Nuvo’s product functionality, with support from Product and Engineering as needed.
  • Teamwork & Adaptability:
    • Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams in a rapidly evolving environment.
    • Self-starter who embraces high-growth dynamics and can pivot quickly as market and product opportunities arise.

Earning Opportunity & Benefits
  • Compensation: Highly competitive OTE at or above market rates, plus uncapped commission accelerators.
  • Territory: No assigned territory through 2026 - North America is your oyster.
  • Equity: Early-stage equity grant, offering significant upside potential.
  • Other Perks: In-office lunch every day, team outings, subsidized gym memberships and pre-tax commuter benefits, plus 90% coverage of medical, dental, and vision care.
  • Growth Environment: Join a high-growth, innovative company where your impact is immediate, and your advancement potential is unlimited.

Expected OTE Range (base + commission) - $205,000-$225,000 + equity
