🎯 About the Role

Jump is looking for a Mid Market Account Executive to help build pipeline, manage full-cycle sales opportunities, and close new business with mid-market financial services customers.

In this role, you’ll use creative outbound prospecting strategies to identify and engage prospective customers, qualify and advance pipeline, manage procurement, and close qualified opportunities. You’ll help Jump stay the category leader—trusted and loved by customers—while contributing to a high-velocity sales culture at an early-stage AI software company.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to have real ownership, exceed ambitious revenue targets, and help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work.

  • Build pipeline with creative outbound prospecting strategies.

  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Qualify and advance pipeline through strong full-cycle sales management.

  • Manage procurement processes and close qualified opportunities.

  • Use value-based selling frameworks to connect Jump’s AI capabilities to clear customer outcomes.

  • Simplify complex AI concepts into compelling customer value through strong communication and storytelling.

  • Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the sales motion, customer experience, and win rates.

  • Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers.

✅ What You’ve Done
  • 5+ years of closing experience with a technology company, preferably SaaS.

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in mid-market segments.

  • Experience selling into financial services, WealthTech, or adjacent regulated industries.

  • Skilled in value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts into customer value.

  • Bonus: experience at a Series A–B startup or in a founding AE role.

✨ Nice to Haves
  • Experience selling AI, workflow automation, compliance, data, or advisor-facing technology.

  • Existing familiarity with wealth management, broker-dealer, RIA, banking, or insurance ecosystems.

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.

  • Experience building pipeline through creative outbound motions in an early-stage environment.
