The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full sales cycle for small and mid-sized business accounts, from prospecting and outbound calling through discovery, negotiation and close. Balance self-sourced outbound work with qualifying inbound interest, and build durable customer relationships that lead to renewals and expansion while clearly communicating measurable business value.
What you'll do
- Manage the entire sales process from first contact through negotiation and a signed contract.
- Generate your own pipeline through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Qualify inbound interest quickly and advance the strongest opportunities.
- Research and plan a target account list, mapping decision makers and where the product fits.
- Keep a disciplined pipeline by assessing the real risks in each deal rather than just logging activity.
- Quantify and present the financial value a buyer can expect from the product.
- Build lasting relationships that lead to renewals and additional business, working with development, success and leadership teams.
