Overview 

We are looking for a Technical Architect with strong experience in mobile development and architecture to join our team and work on innovative projects for our retail clients. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality mobile applications and solutions that meet the business needs and user expectations. You will also lead a team of developers and analysts and collaborate with other architects, product owners, and stakeholders. 

Responsibilities 

Architect, design, and develop full stack products, involving mobile and experience APIs, using native or hybrid mobile technologies. 

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. 

Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and solutions to check the feasibility and compatibility of the recommended solutions with the existing systems and frameworks. 

Own the complete application/program technically end to end, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance. 

Manage a team of analysts and developers and drive the delivery technically with the team. 

Research and learn new technologies and tools and share the knowledge with the team and stakeholders. 

Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and provide innovative solutions. 

Communicate effectively with the clients, product owners, and other stakeholders and ensure alignment of the technical vision and business objectives. 

Qualifications 

Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant work experience in software development with demonstrable previous experience as a native mobile developer. 

Experience implementing white label frameworks is a plus 

Strong exposure in mobile platforms (mandatory - Android or iOS platforms). 

Strong knowledge on modern UI frameworks such as SwiftUI for iOS and Jetpack Compose for Android. 

Mandatory development experience in native or hybrid mobile application development. 

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: React, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS. 

Proven ability and curiosity to quickly learn new technologies and a keen interest in working with global teams for solving complex business needs. 

Strong background in innovation development projects and comfortable with managing the funnel from relatively vague requirements to well-defined projects with committed stakeholders. 

Ability to work independently and make decisions with little direct supervision. 

Working experience in the retail industry would be an advantage. 


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
