Mobile Developer (Android)

We are looking for an Android Developer who not only brings strong technical skills in native mobile development but also excels in team fit, communication, and collaboration. You will create exceptional native experiences with the latest e-commerce tech stack while ensuring world-class product quality.

National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organisational needs: 0%-15% estimated.

• Clear and effective communication, able to express ideas and collaborate efficiently in a team.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Approachable and easy to work with, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

• Self-driven, comfortable working with little supervision towards a common team purpose.

• Strong experience in Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus).
• Jetpack Compose proficiency (Compose Multiplatform is a plus).
• Deep knowledge of Coroutines and/or RxJava.
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture (MVVM or similar).
• Experience with Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.).
• Unit testing and UI testing (Test-driven development is highly valued).
• Creating fluid visual interactions and implementing modern mobile UX patterns.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, observability, and metrics to show you care about your code.

• Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Collaborating directly with clients to ensure technical feasibility and feature ownership.
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Service-oriented architectures, design patterns, and robust data structures.
