The ModLab Community Coordinator will work across the entire ModLab team, helping to support the different pillars across Mod Experiences, Merch and Editorial. This person will work closely with pillar leads to ensure the smooth execution of internal projects and initiatives as well as external collaboration with agencies and mods for the successful outcomes for mods. 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Mod Merch: 
    • Plan, fulfil and manage Mod Merch, inclusive of serving as the main point of contact with the external Mod Merch vendor. 
    • Budget and track merch across key mod markets 
    • Establish templated work flows to support the increased number of Mod Events (both digital and in person)
    • Serve as the intermediary between mods and admins to provide support for mod inquiries
    • Brainstorm merch ideas (digital and physical)
  • Assist Mod Events
    • Research, procure and book venues and vendors needed to stand up mod events both domestically and abroad 
    • Provide support for events lead for seamless execution and to provide on site support if needed or event volume increases.
  • Mod Outreach: 
    • Facilitate communications with mods to engage with experiences, AMAs or editorial programs.
    • Identify individual mods or mod teams that might be suitable for ModLab programs or initiatives
    • Support the execution of AMAs 
  • Support across ModLab initiatives
    • Provide cross functional support across all pillars within ModLab to ensure the successful execution of programs
    • Operational support and streamlining across the entire Mod Lab team, there is operational support needed for successful and efficient execution. Program leads need the additional support to focus on strategic commitments and long term planning.
