NEO Home Loans is hiring driven, motivated individuals for our NEO Academy Program — a 90-day paid training experience designed to develop future mortgage professionals within our Operations and Sales Support teams.

The NEO Academy is designed for individuals early in their professional journey who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term future within mortgage.

About the NEO Academy Program

The NEO Academy is an immersive, hands-on training program designed to provide a true introduction to the mortgage industry and how all aspects of the business work together. Associates will gain exposure to Operations, customer experience, workflow management, mortgage fundamentals, and the technology that powers the modern mortgage process.

Throughout the 90-day Academy, Associates will receive structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to help build the foundation for a long-term career within NEO.

Training includes:

  • Mortgage fundamentals and loan structure

  • Customer service and professional communication

  • Workflow and pipeline management

  • Introduction to mortgage Operations and Sales Support functions

  • Real-world process training through “The NEO Way”

  • Hands-on experience within Tinman, NEO’s loan origination platform

  • Team collaboration and borrower experience training

The NEO Academy provides exposure to multiple career paths within mortgage, including Operations and Sales Support. Upon successful completion of the program, Associates may be considered for placement into roles such as Junior Loan Specialist or Production Partner based on performance, strengths, and business needs.

Mortgage experience is not required. We are intentionally looking for individuals early in their careers who are excited to learn the industry from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–3 years of professional experience preferred

  • Customer service, hospitality, banking, finance, sales support, or operations experience is a plus

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly
