About this opportunity
Ericsson is seeking a highly responsive, customer-focused Service Delivery Manager to orchestrate deliveries across our data center installation, break/fix, and warehousing services. This role works at the center of customer demand, partnering closely with CFRs and engineers to translate requests into executable work-quickly, accurately, and predictably. You will balance speed and rigor, ensuring customer commitments are met while maintaining strong financial, operational, and SLA controls.
What you will do
  • Own customer-facing project execution across installation, break/fix, and operational support engagements.
  • Operate in an agile, fast-paced environment-rapidly triaging customer requests, adjusting plans, and mobilizing resources.
  • Ensure work is planned and executed using approved MoPs and operational standards, partnering with engineers to resolve issues quickly.
  • Drive demand planning, work intake, prioritization, and assignment of resources in close collaboration with operations managers.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain tight control of project scope, schedules, budgets, and financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, and variance management.
  • Manage SLAs and KPIs, ensuring commitments are clearly defined, measured, and consistently met or exceeded.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with customer stakeholders, providing transparency on status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and conflicts across concurrent workstreams and drive timely mitigation.
  • Continuously improve intake, planning, and delivery processes to increase speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The skills you bring
  • 10 -plus years of proven experience as a customer-facing project or service delivery manager in data center, telecom, infrastructure, or technical services environments.
  • Strong capability in demand planning, resource coordination, and multi-project execution under tight timelines.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls for customer projects.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep several projects organized and on track.
  • Experience managing SLAs, operational KPIs, and service commitments in mission-critical environments.
  • Ability to work agilely - adapting plans quickly, making sound decisions with incomplete information, and maintaining execution discipline.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
  • High attention to detail paired with a bias for action and speed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective during escalations and high-priority customer events.

This role is ideal for a project manager who thrives at the intersection of customers, operations, and engineering-and who takes pride in delivering fast, reliable outcomes at scale.
