 NATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Premium Title Services, an Altisource business unit, is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Executive to launch and grow our refinance channel. This role requires a self-driven sales professional who can independently build relationships with enterprise lender accounts and individual loan officers to drive refinance and purchase title and settlement business. The ideal candidate will be a true hunter with a proven track record of success in the title and settlement industry who can leverage existing Altisource partnerships while cultivating new opportunities.

This is a REMOTE opportunity located in the US only for Arizona  

Job Description

What You Get To Do:

  • Build and execute a ground-up strategy to establish Premium Title Services as a leading provider in the refinance space, targeting both enterprise lender accounts and individual loan officers
  • Leverage existing Altisource partnerships to identify and pursue high-value refinance opportunities with lender partners
  • Conduct extensive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building activities to develop a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Deliver consultative, value-led sales presentations that demonstrate Premium Title's unique value proposition to lenders and loan officers
  • Develop and implement effective sales cadences and follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates and minimize sales cycle time
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand your professional network
  • Collaborate with internal Altisource teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery that matches sales commitments
  • Partner with Marketing to develop compelling sales materials and refine value propositions for the refinance channel
  • Follow and adhere to RESPA guidelines across markets in sales activities

 

Qualifications

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

  • 2-5 years of proven success in title and settlement sales with a consistent track record of generating a strong client base and annual title and settlement revenue
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business with proven cold-calling skills and high conversion rates
  • Existing book of business across origination title and settlement
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to sell across all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and create your own marketing materials when needed
  • Consultative, value-led sales approach that focuses on client needs rather than transactional selling
  • Strong knowledge of RESPA compliance and ethical sales practices in the title and settlement industry
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Strong understanding of title and settlement technology that improve the title and settlement experience across originations
  • Strong understanding of the real estate ecosystem and current market trends affecting title and settlement opportunities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales‑enablement tools
  • A proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently while effectively partnering with Account‑Based Marketing and cross‑functional internal teams
