National Sales Manager Role

Through a combination of digital, phone, and in-person sales efforts, Butler Sales Managers successfully communicate the value of Butler Hospitality to hotel operators throughout the United States. Ideal candidates have at least three years of experience in a high-volume outbound sales role, with a preference for experience selling to the Hospitality Industry.

 

What You Will Do

  • In the role of Sales Manager, you’ll be a key member of the sales team helping to scale Butler Hospitality into new markets within the US
  • Actively prospect and sell to decision-makers at hotels and hotel groups via cold phone, email and in-person outreach
  • Work with an assigned Business Development Representative to book meetings, engage prospects and maximize sales efficiency 
  • Travel throughout the United States to assigned markets  and sell into new hotel properties  
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of future business using Salesforce
  • Exceed high-volume sales goals while working within a team environment
  • Work with the Customer Success team to ensure new hotel partners are properly and efficiently onboarded
  • Leverage your personal and professional network to accelerate to accelerate the growth of Butler

Work in a hybrid environment, combination of remote and regional office location.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has more than three years of experience in outbound sales, with an emphasis on generating revenue from cold leads
  • Has more than three years of experience in hospitality or technology sales, especially at a growth stage startup 
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Is an analytical thinker with demonstrated command of metrics-driven sales models, OKRs, and KPIs
  • Is a strategic thinker capable to execute and improve a complex sales playbook
  • Has a deep familiarity with the latest digital productivity and communications tools, including Slack, SFDC, Google Workspace, and Asana
  • Has a passion for travel and the finer points of hospitality
  • Has a BA/BS
