Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead to oversee our financial programs' technical and functional aspects, with a strong focus on NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise in ERP systems, particularly in NetSuite, as well as a solid understanding of finance processes. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operation, optimization, and integration of financial systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP Initiatives: Act as the primary delivery lead on all NetSuite ERP-related financial projects, including system design, implementation, and enhancement initiatives.
- Financial Systems Oversight: Ensure NetSuite is properly configured to support business processes in areas such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Reporting, and Budgeting.
- Functional Expertise: Collaborate with the finance team to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and provide functional solutions that improve efficiency and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee technical configuration, integration, customization, and automation of the NetSuite platform, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvements and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including procurement, sales, and operations, to ensure NetSuite integrations meet overall business needs and technical requirements.
- System Maintenance & Support: Ensure ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of NetSuite. Manage system upgrades, patches, and vendor relationships.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and oversee financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs within NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely data is available for decision-making.
- Training & Documentation: Lead user training sessions and create detailed documentation for end users and technical teams to ensure successful adoption and understanding of system functionality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant) is a plus.
- Experience:
- 12+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a techno-functional role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proven experience in leading ERP implementations or upgrades, with a focus on finance modules.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in NetSuite ERP, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Knowledge of integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS).
- Familiarity with database management, SQL, and other financial software solutions.
- Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 (Applicable to California)
