What you will do
- Lead technical discussions with customers and explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Gather, clarify, and document customer requirements.
- Support the development of service proposals and other customer-facing materials.
- Create and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
- Share knowledge and contribute to learning activities across the team.
- Identify additional solutions or services that could provide value to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop practical recommendations and respond to customer challenges.
You will bring
- +5 years of experience working with Ericsson radio access network (RAN) solutions and 4G, VoLTE, and 5G technologies.
- A bachelor's degree in communications engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Up-to-date knowledge of mobile network technologies, including LTE, VoLTE, and 5G.
- Practical experience with, or troubleshooting knowledge of, Ericsson RAN nodes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work effectively with people from different cultures and professional backgrounds.
