Job Description:

   

Drive high-impact sales enablement programs that shape the future of HPE Networking. In this role, you will lead a multi‑project programs, align with cross‑functional stakeholders, and design future‑state processes, while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes, accelerate transformation, and enhance the seller experience worldwide.

Responsibilities: 

  • Leads complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and identify strategic recommendations, business opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Leads the development and execution of strategic business plans, sales enablement programs, and operational initiatives to achieve defined business objectives.
  • Establishes KPIs and business performance metrics and develops processes for monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions.
  • Designs, develops, and maintains executive dashboards, business reporting, and forecasting models using Excel, Power BI, SFDC, and other business intelligence tools.
  • Leads large-scale cross-functional initiatives spanning organizations such as Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Quoting, Order Management, Finance, Operations, and other business functions as required.
  • Drives cross-functional alignment among stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, resource management, and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Contributes to priority projects by applying innovative thinking, leveraging emerging technologies, and developing creative solutions to business challenges.
  • Partners with senior business leaders to shape strategy, develop business plans, identify new opportunities, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on risk, return, operational feasibility, and organizational impact.
  • Represents the organization in executive reviews, leadership forums, customer-facing discussions, and sales-facing engagements, requiring strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Identifies and evaluates cutting-edge analytical tools, technologies, models, and methods to enable data-driven business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates effectively across global teams and geographies, demonstrating flexibility to support international stakeholders and varying time zones as business needs require.

Education and Experience Required: 
Typically 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Planning, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Change Management roles. Proven ability to develop business cases, operational metrics, executive dashboards, and performance reviews for senior leadership, with experience leading initiatives across global, geographically dispersed organizations and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled workflows, and process optimization methodologies is preferred but not required.

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of research methodologies and business planning frameworks used to address complex business challenges.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, data analysis, and business insight generation skills.
  • Extensive experience using Excel, Power BI, SFDC, and other reporting or dashboarding tools to perform business analysis, develop forecasts, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, SFDC, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and experience creating executive-ready communications and business reviews.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and driving successful outcomes.
  • Experience leading business planning, sales enablement, operational improvement, and change management initiatives in complex organizational environments.
  • Ability to work effectively across end-to-end business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Quoting, Order Management, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to senior executives and business leaders, with the confidence and communication skills required to drive strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet and other project management tools used for planning, tracking, and executing complex programs.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital productivity tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the sales and customer experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment, demonstrating agility, adaptability, continuous learning, and comfort with change.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work across global teams and accommodate varying time zones as business needs require.
