Job Title: New Business Lead

Location: Tiburon, California

Position Overview:

As a New Business Lead at Digital Foundry you will be responsible for driving outbound sales activity to generate leads and build a strong pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying and reporting on opportunities with new clients and booking meetings with prospects. New Business Leads are expected to be self-starters with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Success will require the right balance of significant outbound volume and personalized, relevant messaging to identify and build relationships with targeted buyers of Digital Foundry services. Digital Foundry's services cover the entire digital product development lifecycle, from early-stage strategy consulting and concept development to full-scale production software design and development. Experience in selling professional services is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of Digital Foundry's experience and service offering.
  • Identify, build, and document relationships with targeted buyers of Digital Foundry services.
  • Schedule meetings with Digital Foundry and target buyers.
  • Help uncover, qualify, and document buyers and opportunities.
  • Assist management and consultants with the sale of Digital Foundry services.
  • Report on prospecting activities and deal status in Hubspot.
  • Provide feedback from sales calls and customer comments to help shape sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably within the technology or professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of generating meetings with qualified buyers.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with professional service sales and custom software development.
  • A passion for digital.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

  • Compensation at Digital Foundry varies based on factors such as location, role, skill, and experience. In compliance with California law, Digital Foundry provides a reasonable target base salary range of $70k - $100k plus a variable compensation structure based on meetings with targeted, qualified buyers of Digital Foundry services.

Location: 

Our office is located in Tiburon CA, a short drive or ferry ride from San Francisco. We are looking for a candidate who is local and can work from the office with occasional remote work when approved by manager.
