Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Workers’ Compensation

Location: Los Angeles, CA & Surrounding Areas
Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually + Monthly Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Field-Based

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take your nursing career beyond the bedside? The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager to support injured workers throughout their recovery journey while coordinating with physicians, employers, claims professionals, and other members of the care team.

In this independent, field-based role, you’ll use your clinical expertise and communication skills to coordinate care, facilitate appointments, and help injured workers navigate the workers’ compensation process.

What to Expect

This is a field-based position serving Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Once your caseload is established, approximately 80–85% of your workweek may involve travel throughout your assigned territory.

You’ll meet with injured workers, attend medical appointments, coordinate care, and communicate with healthcare providers, employers, and claims professionals. The remainder of your time will be dedicated to documentation, follow-up, and care coordination.

What You’ll Bring
  • Active California RN license
  • ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Clinical experience in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties
  • Previous Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned service area
