About the Role
 
We are seeking an experienced NVH Test Engineer who can hit the ground running from day one. This role focuses on vehicle-level NVH testing activities, particularly involving powertrain components. The first projects will include AC compressors and motor drive units.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and analyze NVH tests at the vehicle level, focusing on powertrain systems.
  • Perform data acquisition and processing using accelerometers, microphones, and other instrumentation.
  • Utilize LMS Test Lab or Artemis software for NVH measurements and analysis.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for NVH-related issues.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to recommend improvements based on NVH results.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in NVH testing and analysis at the vehicle or powertrain level.
  • Hands-on experience with accelerometers, microphones, and NVH instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in LMS Test Lab or Artemis software.
  • Strong skills in data processing and interpretation.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading NVH testing teams or projects.
  • Familiarity with electric vehicle powertrain components.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000/K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
