The Corporate Office Administrator is the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors while providing essential administrative and operational support to maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment. This role oversees front desk operations, office coordination, facilities support, event planning, supply management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, answer and route calls, greet visitors, and coordinate office access.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, shipping, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, catering, and office events.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Serve as the primary liaison with building management and vendors for facility maintenance and office operations.
- Set up workstations for new hires, visitors, and leadership team members.
- Support employee engagement activities, office communications, celebrations, and culture initiatives.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
