Lumina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our dynamic and growing company. The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and managing relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for improving patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with dental and podiatry teams to ensure efficient service delivery, including managing calendars and appointments.

  • Facility Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Skilled Nursing Facilities, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

  • Supply Management: Oversee inventory and ordering of office and medical supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.

  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking, working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy.

  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of service quality.

  • Staff Support: Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including coordinating travel and managing documentation.

  • Technology Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of office technology and software systems.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
