About the Role

Broccoli is looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to be the operational backbone of our San Francisco, CA office. You’ll team up with People Ops to keep our office running smoothly — from managing supplies and facilities to ensuring every new employee and customer gets an exceptional first impression. If you love creating order from chaos and take pride in the details, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Swag — Pack and organize inventory as needed; coordinate closely with marketing on swag needs.

  • Kitchen & Office Stocking — Keep the office fully stocked with beverages, snacks, and supplies; ensure common areas stay tidy throughout the day.

  • Food Ordering – Facilitate daily food ordering for the office, including vendor coordination, dietary accommodations, and delivery logistics; ensure orders are timely, accurate, and within budget.

  • Facilities & Vendors — Primary contact with building maintenance and landlords for both locations; coordinate office cleaning, repairs, and track issues to resolution.

  • Events & Logistics — Coordinate in-office events, team lunches, and gatherings including vendor sourcing, setup, and breakdown.

  • People Support — Working with the People team on seating assignments, desk setup, and team celebrations such as birthdays and work anniversaries.

  • Budget & Expenses — Track and maintain SF office expenditures, ensuring spend stays within budget.

  • Health, Safety & Compliance — Maintain first aid kits, manage building access, and ensure fire safety and accessibility standards are met. Team up with People team to ensure California office compliance.

  • Travel & Scheduling — help with team travel where needed, manage conference room calendars and scheduling.

  • Internal Communications — Draft office announcements, maintain shared resources, and serve as a liaison between leadership and staff.

  • General Operations — Order office supplies, manage vendor relationships, handle mail and packages, and support ad hoc projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in an office coordinator, operations, or administrative role

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs before they become problems

  • Strong communicator — comfortable working with vendors, building management, and internal teams

  • Comfortable with physical tasks including unpacking, assembling boxes, and light lifting

  • Experience with FedEx, UPS, or similar shipping platforms preferred

  • Positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love of keeping things running smoothly
