What You’ll Do
  • Support Hiring – Post job openings, review applications, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and assist throughout the hiring process.

  • Coordinate Onboarding – Manage background checks, drug screenings, new-hire paperwork, orientation, and required training.

  • Assist Team Members – Help employees navigate policies, benefits, training requirements, and employment-related questions.

  • Manage Office Operations – Maintain personnel files, process invoices, track deposits, and prepare workers’ compensation documentation.

  • Partner with Leadership – Support daily operations, communication, and team needs throughout the community.

  • Champion Our Culture – Create a welcoming and positive environment for team members, residents, families, and visitors.

What You’ll Bring
  • Relevant Experience – Two or more years in office management, HR, recruiting, or a related administrative role preferred.

  • Strong Organization – Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Technology Skills – Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • People Skills – Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
