About Hanover Park
Hanover Park builds AI systems that run the financial operations of the world's most sophisticated investment firms. As an AI-enabled service and fund administrator, we've become the way fund CFOs adopt AI. We've raised $31 million from Emergence (investor in Salesforce/Zoom), Susa (investor in Robinhood/Flexport) and angel investor fund CFOs from Bain Capital ($180B), Clearlake ($100B), CD&R ($80B), and Hellman & Friedman ($80B).
Our mission is to be the financial infrastructure to orchestrate how the world's capital is operated, governed and allocated. Stripe for payments. Ramp for expenses. Hanover Park for investments. In the next decade, the AI systems we build will advise $100B investment firms on their largest acquisitions and eventually unlock alpha for investors.
The role
We're ~50 people. We'll be ~100 by year end. The office has to scale with us.
Right now, operational logistics are distributed across the leadership team and it's working, but it won't. New hire onboarding, vendor relationships, facilities, events: it's all getting picked up in the margins of jobs that have bigger priorities. Something has to own it.
As our first Office Manager, you run the physical and operational backbone of Hanover Park's NYC headquarters. You're the person founders and team leads actually rely on. If something isn't working, you notice before they do. If something needs to get done, you don't wait to be asked.
What you'll work on
Day-to-day office operations: supplies, equipment, facilities, mail, vendors, and everything in between
New hire onboarding logistics: desk setup, hardware coordination, access provisioning, and first-day experience
Vendor and building management relationships: negotiating, coordinating, and following up without being asked
Internal events, team offsites, and company milestone moments
Office-related spend tracking and budget visibility
Leadership support: calendar coordination, travel booking, and ad hoc logistics
The operational playbooks that make scaling from 40 to 100 feel orderly, not chaotic
What we're looking for
Need:
Proactive by default: you surface problems before they surface themselves
Strong follow-through: you close loops, you don't just open them
High EQ and discretion; you interact daily with founders, senior leaders, and new hires
Nice to have:
3+ years of office management, executive assistant, or operations experience, ideally at a fast-growth startup or demanding financial services environment
Experience supporting a recruiting or people function, operations, and executive functions
Familiarity with fintech or financial services office environments
Prior experience managing office transitions, expansions, or buildouts
This isn't the right fit if
You need a detailed task list to know what to work on
You treat "that's not my job" as a reasonable answer
You're looking for a role where the bar is keeping the lights on
Why now
We're in the window where early employees shape how the company operates, not just what they're assigned to do. The person who joins now sets the standard for how Hanover Park runs as we scale. That's a real opportunity, and it comes with real ownership.
If that sounds like your kind of problem, let's talk.
Equal opportunity
Hanover Park is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
We're committed to building a team with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of protected status.
