About the Opportunity:

Start with families. Learn how to grow an online school. Become a future education leader.

At Think Academy, we're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial early-career talent who want to shape the future of online education.

You'll start by working directly with families, understanding students' learning needs, and helping them find the right programs. As you grow, you'll take on broader responsibilities in student recruitment, enrollment growth, and online school operations, with the opportunity to eventually lead a team, academic division, or online education business.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with families and take ownership of enrollment results.

Stage 2 — Drive Online School Growth

  • Develop and execute student recruitment strategies through marketing, partnerships, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Analyze enrollment data and identify opportunities to grow our online student community.

Stage 3 — Grow into Online School Leadership

  • Lead online school growth and operational initiatives, from strategy to execution.

  • Strong ownership: Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and is accountable for results.
  • Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and stays focused on solutions.
  • Growth mindset: Learns quickly, welcomes feedback, and continuously pushes beyond their comfort zone.
  • Passion for education, technology, and building scalable online learning experiences.

Compensation & Benefits Structure:

  • Clear Growth Path: From student enrollment to online school growth and future leadership.
  • Real Ownership: Take responsibility for meaningful enrollment and growth outcomes from day one.
  • Accelerated Development: Hands-on mentorship, cross-functional experience, and performance-based advancement.
  • Meaningful Impact: Help bring high-quality online education to students across the U.S. and beyond.
  • Competitive Compensation & Visa Sponsorship: Year 1: $80K–$100K , Year 2-3, with 20%+ annual growth opportunities based on performance; Employment visa sponsorship opportunities for eligible candidates; Relocation Allowance available

We don't expect you to know how to run an online school on day one. We want you to have the ambition to learn — and the drive to help build one.
