Own Xiaohongshu growth for Think Academy by creating Chinese-language content, acquiring qualified parent leads, and improving conversion. Responsibilities include topic selection, scripting, copywriting, visual production, publishing, paid advertising coordination, funnel analysis, performance tracking, experimentation, and scaling repeatable user-acquisition methods. The role targets Chinese-speaking families in the US and collaborates with paid media and sales teams.

Sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, conducts initial HR screening calls, partners with hiring managers, maintains job postings and recruiting pipelines, and supports university partnerships, career fairs, referrals, and HR initiatives.

The School Advisor and Coordinator engages with families for student assessments, guides enrollment processes, and coordinates parent communications to optimize the educational experience.
