当社は、年齢や年次にかかわらず担っていただく役割（ミッション）の大きさとその成果によって報酬を決定するミッショングレード制を採用しています。 入社時のグレードは選考によって決定させて頂き、その後のグレードは原則として半期に1回の評価によって決定させていただきます。

At our company, we adopt a mission-grade system, where compensation is determined based on the significance of the roles (missions) you undertake and the results you achieve, regardless of age or tenure. The grade at the time of joining will be decided through the selection process, and subsequent grades will generally be determined through evaluations conducted twice a year.
