Operations Coordinator - Tampa, FL, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay range: $21.42+ per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of the organization, including peers and senior leadership
  • Work to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Support the Operations team in tasks to facilitate project related activities
  • Examples include (but are not limited to) scheduling and facilitating meetings, entering and updating work requests, formatting documents, and creating documentation
  • Support the Operations Team by mitigating identified risks and impediments
  • Work to resolve customer service issues and manage processes
  • Support shipping and fulfillment needs
  • Communicate clearly with the team and other stakeholders, regularly set expectations, and improve transparency
  • Assist with and support ongoing operational efforts and projects as needed
  • General administrative and office support duties as needed
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must work in office; a regular telework schedule will not be considered
  • Self-motivated and ready to jump into a team environment
  • Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
  • Strong verbal/written communication skill
  • Willingness to be a servant leader and team player to facilitate success
  • Flexibility to work within a rapidly scaling organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and tend to large amounts of detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills and problem-solving capabilitie
