• Help build Delphi “minds” end-to-end: help create, structure, test, and iterate on profiles so they feel sharp, useful, and on-brand.

• Run tight build loops: take messy inputs (source material, calls, docs), turn them into an initial version, test it like a real user, then improve it quickly.

• QA and improve conversation quality:

• Support audio/content quality for mind building:

  • Flag muddy/tinny audio, room noise, echo, and other issues that degrade output

  • Help ensure inputs are clean enough to produce high-quality minds

• Move fast across whatever is highest leverage that week (product testing, ops execution, creator/project support).

• A builder first: you like shipping, testing, and iterating until something feels excellent.

• You understand that “knowledge” is dynamic: structure, clarity, matter as much as raw information.

• Clear concise writer: you can turn ambiguity into crisp copy and usable source material.

• Optimistic, iterative mindset: you don’t get stuck; you run fast loops and improve.

• Strong user empathy: you can authentically roleplay an end-user and stress-test whether the mind is actually helpful.

• Good taste on quality (especially audio and output quality): you notice what’s off and can describe it clearly.

• High-agency and scrappy: you figure things out, unblock yourself, and keep momentum.

We work on hard problems. Our team is full of former founders, and entrepreneurial individuals who are taking on immense initiatives.

There is extreme upside. Very competitive salary and equity in a company on a breakout trajectory.
