By removing bottlenecks, providing real-time visibility, and streamlining decisions, we help customers reduce downtime, control costs, and keep operations running smoothly.

As one of the 100 fastest-growing startups in the United States, and backed by $55M in Series B funding, we're leading this transformation. Join us and help shape the future of vehicle repair.

About the Role:

This role exists to find what's broken across ServiceUp's operations and fix it. You'll make every operations team at ServiceUp faster and more efficient, working across all four departments in the Operations org to build the systems and processes that make each one run better.

What You'll Do:

This role handles everything from building internal processes and systems, to implementing AI across our workstreams, to defining strategy for partner shop acquisition, to supporting the broader Operations team wherever it needs leverage. The initial priority will be executing within the Marketplace Growth team, whose mandate is to grow ServiceUp's independent partner shop base.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building and documenting internal processes, systems, and SOPs
  • Implementing AI tools to improve how the Operations org works
  • Defining and executing strategy for partner shop acquisition
  • Reading and analyzing data to inform decisions across the team
  • Supporting the broader Operations team

What You'll Bring:

Background

  • Graduating 2026, 2027 or 2028
  • Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, Marketing, or similar

Track record

  • A pattern of doing a lot and shipping results — leading clubs or student orgs, working part-time, building side projects, or competing in academic, athletic, or entrepreneurial settings

How you work

  • Organized, with strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail-obsessed and decisive — you like to tinker with systems and get the small things right
  • A builder who ships first and refines later
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Can zoom in on execution and zoom out to spot what to improve

Interests

  • Startups, tech, and software
  • AI and workflow automation
  • Operationally intensive businesses

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

We live our values every day: Team First, Work Smart, Own It, Be Bold, Push Boundaries. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay with equity
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible PTO and company holidays
  • Remote-friendly setup with home office support
  • Learning and development budget
  • Wellness stipend to support your health and well-being
  • Paid parental leave

Benefits may vary by location and role.

If you’re motivated by impact and aligned with our values, we want to hear from you. You don’t need to meet every single requirement — we care about your skills, drive, and how you work with a team.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
