Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share. Identify and target potential new markets and business opportunities.


2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Engage with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.


3. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.


4. Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.


5. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and close agreements.


6. Performance Metrics: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing business development activities. Track key account metrics and report on business development activities.


7. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.


8. Networking: Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.


9. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate all offerings to clients and prospects.


10. Strategic Planning: Participate in the formulation of strategic business plans, identifying risk factors and business opportunities.



Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a technology or internet services company.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in operational software and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and guidelines.
