Summary of Role:
The Operations Planning & Revenue Management leader is responsible for optimizing end‑to‑end operational execution across demand planning, revenue forecasting, capacity alignment, and raw material planning in a complex semiconductor environment. This role serves as a central integrator across Sales, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, ensuring that customer demand is translated into executable plans that maximize revenue, margin, and supply resilience
Essential Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
- Own the end‑to‑end demand planning process, integrating customer forecasts, backlog, upside scenarios, and market intelligence into a consolidated demand signal.
- Translate demand into executable supply plans aligned with fab capacity, cycle times, yield assumptions, and inventory strategies.
- Lead S&OP / IBP processes, balancing customer commitments, capacity constraints, and financial targets.
- Identify demand‑supply gaps, risks, and mitigation plans; drive alignment on trade‑offs and prioritization.
Revenue Management & Forecasting
- Own revenue forecasting in close partnership with Sales and Finance, ensuring accuracy across near‑term execution and long‑range plans.
- Manage customer purchase order (PO) intake, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring alignment with demand plans, capacity commitments, and revenue forecasts
- Develop and manage allocation frameworks during constrained supply scenarios to maximize revenue, margin, and strategic outcomes.
- Track actuals vs. forecast, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions.
- Support pricing, capacity reservation, and commercial constructs by providing data‑driven insights on demand elasticity and revenue impact.
Raw Material & Capacity Planning
- Own raw material planning strategy, ensuring alignment between demand, wafer starts, long‑lead materials, and supplier commitments.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply constraints, including buffer strategies, supplier diversification, and pre‑buys.
- Partner with procurement and manufacturing to ensure material readiness supports committed revenue plans.
- Assess capacity investments and readiness (CapEx, tooling, suppliers) to support growth plans.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Act as a single point of operational truth across Sales, Product, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Drive executive‑level communication on supply, demand, revenue outlook, and risks.
- Establish clear operating cadence, metrics, and governance for planning and execution.
- Enable fact‑based decision making through robust models, dashboards, and scenario analysis.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor operations, supply chain, planning, or revenue management.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, capacity planning, yields, and lead‑time dynamics.
- Strong experience with demand planning, S&OP / IBP, and revenue forecasting in constrained supply environments.
- Proven ability to operate cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
- Advanced analytical skills; strong Excel/modeling capability (experience with planning tools a plus).
- Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear, actionable insights.

Expected Salary Range
$130,000.00 - $254,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
