What You'll DoLot & Queue Management
- Maintain organized vehicle queues across WIP and finished goods stages
- Optimize lot space utilization to support throughput and operational efficiency
- Track unit status and location accurately to ensure proper inventory flow
Vehicle Quality & Inventory Control
- Keep inventory at sellable quality standards through regular inspections
- Maintain vehicle charge levels per established SOPs
- Identify units needing reconditioning or escalation and communicate accordingly
- Maintain key organization systems to ensure accurate key-to-unit accountability at all times
- Conduct regular lot audits to verify unit count, placement, and condition accuracy
- Ensure lot is organized and vehicles are staged in designated areas per operational standards
- Reconcile physical inventory against system records and escalate discrepancies promptly
Shipping & Logistics Coordination
- Manage inbound and outbound unit flow with carrier and shipping partners
- Execute vehicle ingress and egress, verify condition, document accurately, and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure handoffs meet compliance and quality standards at every touchpoint
- Experience in vehicle logistics, fleet operations, auto reconditioning, or a related field
- Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and vehicle readiness standards (preferred)
- Comfortable with lot operations software, inventory tools, or mobile-based tracking systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify condition issues, documentation gaps, and inventory discrepancies
- Physical and spatial awareness to safely handle vehicles and manage lot space effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Clear, timely communication with the ability to surface issues early and keep relevant stakeholders informed
