The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution and overall operational performance of a Warehouse & Logistics facility. This role provides direct leadership to warehouse associates and operational support staff while ensuring customer requirements are executed safely, accurately, efficiently, and on time.

The Supervisor is expected to take full ownership of assigned operations, including labor planning, productivity, service performance, inventory accuracy, safety, quality, facility organization, and customer execution. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who uses operational data to make decisions, proactively identifies risks, communicates effectively, and drives accountability throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operational functions by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate warehouse inventory, and developing production schedules to ensure the timely completion of all job assignments.

  • Collaborate with direct reports and other business areas to provide supervision, training, and performance feedback, while addressing employee issues and fostering open communication across all levels of the organization.

  • Ensure operational excellence by monitoring activity (including sales and record control), tracking performance against organizational objectives, and maintaining productivity, safety standards, quality control, and cost-efficiency measures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, with specific experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping).

  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals to dynamically meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Proven ability in resolving conflicts, managing team dynamics, and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers and other business areas.

  • Physical requirements lifting at least 40 lbs, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels. Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. Note: After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Reasonably expected salary range: $75,300.00 - $94,100.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
