The Operations Associate / Senior Operations Associate role is an exciting opportunity to have impact both on our company and the lives of the kids we serve. You'll work directly with cross-functional teams and senior operations team members, many of whom bring extensive experience scaling early and growth-stage startups.
This role is perfect for someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves and get a crash course in early stage startups, company building, and decision-making in an ambiguous environment.
This is a customer facing role and you'll work directly with families, therapists, and school partners-all with the goal of helping kids and families thrive.
Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day operations supporting our school partners and children and families in care
  • Turn your learnings into scalable processes to help Marble succeed at our next stage of growth; collate and share insights with our product team and the organization more broadly
  • Manage onshore and offshore contractors to accomplish key workflows; develop and design workflows and training materials for contract teams
  • With operations leadership, develop and lead experiments to determine the best ways to create and sustain value for our partners

Qualifications
  • 2 - 4+ years of experience in startup operations, management consulting, or a customer facing role.
  • Based in New York and can work from our SoHo office.

Nice to have
  • Experience in a startup or in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in customer facing roles or previous experience in health care.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to build tools and processes.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. In addition, we offer meaningful equity, medical, dental and vision benefits, as well as unlimited vacation.
